Colours of the Rainbow
I was going through my website and making everything consistent. As I'm sure you have noticed I have used coloured background panels on all of the pages of my website, except for the blogging page. At first I didn't want to add colour to the blog as it was meant to be more formal but I found that it became quite boring and it was hard to differentiate between my blog and all the rest of the formatting on the page. So I decided to highlight the main text of each blog post (I have found that being able to go back and edit each blog post at any time is quite convenient). I chose to use the six colours of the rainbow, and before you correct me saying that there are actually seven colours of the rainbow I would like to explain. See last year in Christian Ed. I learnt that there are actually only six colours of the rainbow (and of light) but when this was discovered the Christian religion was very influential. They thought that the number six was associated with 'the devil' so they decided to 'create' (or at least label) another colour. I just thought I would share that story. If you find that the colouring is tacky or makes it harder to read then please let me know and I will change it.
PLEASE NOTE that I have since removed the colour highlighting in a bid to make my blog more professional.
